Yet another opportunity to have fun with a favorite technique… Stack ‘n Whack! This time each block becomes a little three dimensional box. Choose a print for the box and match two coordinating (a light and a dark) solid/tone on tone fabrics with it. A contrasting solid (or close to it) background fabric will give your quilt the 3D effect; and have everyone exclaiming how beautiful it is.
